Abstract    With the development of laparoscopic technology and equipment, laparoscopic function preserving pancreaticoduodenectomy has attracted more and more attention from surgeons. It has gradually become the main surgical method in the treatment of benign or low-grade malignant tumors around the pancreatic head, duodenum and ampulla. However, due to the special anatomical structure of pancreaticoduodenum, the technical points  need to be paid attention to in different laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy. According to different lesions, laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy with different functional preservation methods and resection scope should be selected to preserve more pancreatic parenchyma, internal and external secretory functions as well as the function and structure of normal organs as much as possible while removing lesions.

摘要： 随着腹腔镜技术及设备的进步，腹腔镜保留功能的胰十二指肠切除术越来越受到外科医生的重视，壶腹周围的良性或低度恶性肿瘤的治疗上已逐渐成为主要的手术方式。然而，因为胰十二指肠的特殊解剖结构，在不同的腹腔镜保留功能的胰十二指肠切除术中需要着重关注的技术要点不尽相同。根据不同的病变选择不同的保留功能的腹腔镜胰十二指肠切除术术式和切除范围，在切除病灶的同时尽可能的保留更多的胰腺实质，内外分泌功能以及最大可能的保留正常器官的功能和结构。
