Abstract    The surgical approach is of vital importance in laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy for achieving radical resection safely. It is recommended to comprehensively evaluate multiple factors, including tumor location, the size of the uncinate process, vessel invasion, anatomical variation, and body mass index of the patient, to individually select the optimal approach to facilitate accomplishing this complicated procedure.

摘要： 在腹腔镜胰十二指肠切除术中，手术入路的选择对手术安全性及根治性显得尤为重要。通过术前综合评估肿瘤位置、钩突大小、血管侵犯、解剖变异、病人BMI等因素，个体化选择最优入路方式，有助于完成高质量的腹腔镜胰十二指肠切除术。
