Abstract    Laparoscopic liver resection (LLR) is a commonly surgical method for benign and malignant liver diseases. Due to its difficult learning curve, surgeons need to select patients who are suitable for their own surgical capabilities and obtain better surgical results after a long period of experience accumulation. Therefore, the LLR difficulty scoring system was developed as a convenient and effective tool to assess the difficulty of LLR for different liver diseases, in order to get through the learning curve. At present, a variety of difficulty scoring systems have emerged, and they have been gradually popularized and applied in clinical practice in recent years, each with its own advantages and disadvantages. However, due to the complexity of liver diseases and the diversity of surgical procedures, there are disputes about the different scoring rules, so there is no unified assessment standard at home and abroad.

摘要： 腹腔镜肝切除术（LLR）作为肝脏良恶性疾病常用手术方式，因其艰难的学习曲线，外科医生需要选择适合自身手术能力的病人并经过较长时间的经验积累方可获得较好的手术结果。LLR难度评分系统因此应运而生，其是用来评估不同肝脏疾病行LLR难易程度方便且有效的工具，以便渡过该学习曲线。目前已出现多种难度评分系统，近年来逐渐被临床推广应用，各有优劣。但因肝脏疾病的复杂性和术式的多样性导致其评分细则的不同而存在争议，故国内外尚无统一的评估标准。
