Abstract    Postoperative hypoparathyroidism is a common and serious complication of thyroid surgery. Parathyroid hormone（PTH）drops rapidly after parathyroid injury，resulting in hypocalcemia，which affects the patient's rapid recovery and may even develop into permanent hypoparathyroidism，requiring lifelong oral calcium and vitamin D treatment. However，clinicians often ignore the harm of postoperative hypoparathyroidism，which may cause serious damage to multiple organ systems. Therefore，surgeons need to improve the management and prevention of postoperative hypoparathyroidism.

摘要： 术后甲状旁腺功能减退症是甲状腺手术常见而严重的并发症，甲状旁腺损伤后甲状旁腺激素（PTH）迅速下降，出现低钙血症，影响病人的快速康复，甚至发展为永久性甲状旁腺功能减退，须终生口服钙剂和维生素D治疗。但临床医师往往忽略了术后甲状旁腺功能减退症的危害，这可能造成多器官系统的严重损害。因此，应提高临床医师对于术后甲状旁腺功能减退症的管理与防治水平。
