Abstract    Metastasis is the principal cause of cancer death, and the invasion of vascular by tumor cells is the key link of metastasis. Cancer thrombus is one of the main factors affecting the prognosis of patients with solid tumors. The mechanism of tumor cells evading immune surveillance and clearance in the circulatory system is still unclear. The research on the immune escape mechanism of circulating tumor cells is not only helpful for the treatment of solid tumors to prolong the survival of patients, but also has important significance for reducing the resistance of immunotherapy and tumor vaccine research.

摘要： 转移是癌症死亡的主要原因，肿瘤细胞侵犯脉管是转移的关键环节。癌栓是影响实体瘤病人预后的主要因素之一。循环系统中肿瘤细胞逃避免疫监视和清除的机制目前仍不清楚。对循环肿瘤细胞免疫逃逸机制的研究不仅有助于实体瘤的治疗从而延长病人的生存，而且对减少免疫治疗耐药和肿瘤疫苗研究都有重要意义。
