Abstract    After decades of development, clinical nutrition therapy has achieved gratifying results. It is worth noting that traditional or classical clinical nutrition practices and research are facing bottlenecks and many challenges. Therefore, it is an important step to improve the development of clinical nutrition in China and the only way to improve the practice level of clinical nutrition for physicians to deeply understand the effect and influence of clinical nutrition on the body from the perspective of cell, molecule and animal model.

摘要: 临床营养治疗历经数十年的发展,取得了令人欣喜的成果。值得注意的是,传统或经典的临床营养实践和研究正面临着瓶颈和诸多挑战。所以,从细胞、分子、动物模型角度加深对临床营养的认识,从机制上深入了解临床营养对机体的作用和影响,是提高临床营养发展的重要一步,也是提升医师临床营养实践水平的必经之路。
