单细胞测序技术在胰腺癌领域应用现状和展望

Abstract    Pancreatic cancer is the malignant tumor with the very poor prognosis, which is characterized by the complex interaction network and high heterogeneity in cancer cells and tumor microenvironment, resulting in the lack of early diagnosis and effective treatment strategies. The emerging single-cell sequencing technology carries out genome, transcriptome or epigenetic analysis at the single cell level to reveal the inherent molecular mechanism of the disease. Compared with the traditional research methods, it can better clarify the intra-tumor heterogeneity. At present, single-cell sequencing technology has been widely used in pancreatic cancer researches, and has made remarkable achievements, deepening our understanding of pancreatic cancer and promoting the development of diagnosis and treatment technology.

摘要: 胰腺癌是预后极差的恶性肿瘤,其特征是癌细胞与肿瘤微环境中存在复杂的相互作用网络和极高的异质性,导致缺乏早期诊断和有效治疗的策略。新兴的单细胞测序技术从单细胞层面进行基因组、转录组或表观遗传学分析,揭示疾病内在的分子机制,相比于传统的研究方法,更有助于阐明肿瘤内异质性问题。目前,单细胞测序技术已广泛应用于胰腺癌领域的研究,并取得了显著成果,加深了对胰腺癌特征的理解,促进了诊疗技术的发展。
