结直肠癌病人围手术期营养支持争议与共识

Abstract    Patients with colorectal cancer are often accompanied with severe malnutrition. Reasonable nutritional support approaches and programs can reduce postoperative complications, hospital stay and hospitalization cost. But the options for nutritional support are controversial. Preoperative chemoradiation increases the risk of surgery. Targeted nutritional support during perioperative period can reduce adverse reactions and mortality caused by radiochemotherapy. Nutritional support, as one of the important measures to enhanced recovery after surgery, could promote the recovery of postoperative patients effectively with other measures.

摘要:

结直肠癌病人多伴有严重的营养不良。合理的营养支持途径和方案可以减少病人术后并发症、住院时间及住院费用,但是营养支持的途径选择目前还具有争议。术前放化疗增加了手术风险,围手术期有针对性的营养支持可降低放化疗带来的不良反应发生率和病死率。营养支持作为加速康复外科的重要措施之一,与其他措施相辅相成,有效地促进了病人术后康复。
