手术切除仍是复发的腹膜后肉瘤首选的治疗方法。多学科协作模式下全面评估肿瘤可切除性，制定合理的个体化治疗方案，为再手术创造条件，有利于改善预后，提高生存质量。

Abstract    For retroperitoneal sarcoma, there is no other effective curative treatment method except surgery  currently. The individualized treatment plan based on comprehensive preoperative evaluation by a multidisciplinary team with expertise is conducive to improve the quality of life and the prognosis.
