腹膜后肉瘤是一类难治性肿瘤，其规范的个体化诊疗需要多个科室共同参与才能完成。腹膜后软组织肉瘤多学科协作组（multidisciplinary team，MDT）是该类肿瘤规范化治疗的平台和保障。而MDT平台的规范化建设是MDT科学、高效运作的前提。

Abstract    Retroperitoneal sarcoma is a kind of refractory malignant tumor. Cowork of multiple specialities is necessary to the individualize treatment. Multidisciplinary team (MDT) is a nature platform for treatment of retroperitoneal soft tissue sarcoma. The normalized establishment is  a prerequisite for efficient operation of MDT.
