复杂性原发性腹膜后肿瘤复发的再手术是一个极具挑战性的难题。大多数原发性腹膜后肿瘤术后局部复发而无远处转移，多数复发的腹膜后肿瘤需要再次手术或多次手术，而手术适应证、手术时机的选择及手术处理的方式有很大的随意性。建立规范化的原发性腹膜后肿瘤手术及再手术治疗指南尚须进一步的临床研究。

Abstract    Reoperation for the recurrence of complex primary retroperitoneal tumor is an extreme challenge for surgeons. Most of the patients will get local recurrences rather than distant metastasis after primary surgery, the majority of which need reoperation or repeated operations to remove. Moreover, operation indication, the selections of operation opportunity and operation methods have great randomness.  Establishment of operation and reoperation guidelines for standard primary retroperitoneal tumor still needs the further clinical study.
