原发腹膜后肿瘤是临床少见的肿瘤。近年来腹腔镜在腹膜后肿瘤治疗上得到应用，其手术方式分为经腹膜和经腹膜外途径。对已熟练掌握腹腔镜技术及腹膜后间隙解剖的外科医生，选择合适的病人进行腹腔镜手术是安全的。

Abstract    The occurrence of primary retroperitoneal tumors is rare. Laparoscopic resection of retroperitoneal tumors has been described in recent years. Both transperitoneal and retroperitoneal approaches can be used in laparoscopic resection for retroperitoneal tumors. For an experienced surgeon who is familiar with laparoscopic skills and anatomy of the retroperitoneal spaces, laparoscopic resection of retroperitoneal tumors can be performed safely in selected patients.
