腹膜后肿瘤常常会包绕、浸润腹腔和盆腔重要血管，给手术治疗带来很大困难，勉强切除肿瘤常易损伤血管导致严重的大出血甚至丧失生命。临床外科医生了解和掌握血管外科基本技能和血管重建技术，可以提高复杂性腹膜后肿瘤外科手术效果，减少术后局部复发和延长生存预期。

Abstract    Retroperitoneal tumors involve major blood vessels in abdominal and pelvic cavity and increase the risks of surgical resection. A scant resection of retroperitoneal tumor is easy to damage blood vessel and lead to severe hemorrhage, even death. The mastery of the techniques and principles of vascular reconstitution could help to improve the resection rate and life expectancy of complex retroperitoneal tumor.
