发生于腹膜后的软组织肿瘤除脂肪肉瘤、平滑肌肉瘤、多形性未分化肉瘤（旧称恶性纤维组织细胞瘤）、副神经节瘤（嗜铬细胞瘤）和恶性间皮瘤等常见的肿瘤类型外，还包括一些相对较为少见的病理学类型。了解这些肿瘤的临床表现、影像学特征和组织学形态，不仅对诊断和鉴别诊断有一定的帮助，对制定治疗决策也有一定的参考价值。

Abstract    The common retroperitoneal tumors include liposarcoma, leiomyosarcoma, undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma (formerly called as malignant fibrous histiocytoma), paraganglioma (pheochromocytoma) and malignant mesothelioma. Some relatively rare tumors can also occur in the retroperitoneum. Familiarity with clinical manifestation, radiological feature and morphology of the tumors is helpful for pathologic diagnosis and differential diagnosis, and can provide the valuable reference of making correct therapeutic decisions.
