复杂性腹膜后肿瘤是一类体积巨大，侵犯毗邻的腹腔脏器及大血管，或多次复发的肿瘤。由于其解剖结构复杂，外科手术的风险和难度大。但是，外科手术仍然是目前治疗复杂性腹膜后肿瘤最重要、最有效的手段。外科医生应重视此类肿瘤的处理策略，尽可能科学、合理地切除肿瘤，达到肿瘤根治的目的，使病人获益。

Abstract    Belonging to retroperitoneal tumors, complex retroperitoneal tumors are a kind of malignant tumors with great volume of tumors, severe invasion into surrounding organs and vascular, or relapse many times. Because of complex anatomical structure, the surgical managements of those tumors are more risky and difficult than primary retroperitoneal tumors. Now, there is no more effective and curative treatment than surgery. Surgeons should pay attention to surgical management strategies of complex retroperitoneal tumors and resect tumors reasonably to benefit patients.
