近年来胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤的发病率不断增加，肝转移是影响病人生活质量和长期生存的主要因素。对胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤肝转移应采取多学科协作治疗的原则。作为核心的外科治疗包括姑息性部分肝切除、根治性部分肝切除以及全肝切除肝移植等。不论是在控制致命性的神经内分泌症状方面还是在提高病人长期生存方面外科治疗均有不可替代的作用。

Abstract    Liver metastases are the main determinant for long term survival and quality of life of patients with pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (PNET). The optimal clinical management of metastatic PNET involves a multidisciplinary approach. Radical surgery includes partial hepatectomy and liver transplantation contributes to good symptom control and chance of cure.
