腹腔镜技术在转移性肝癌治疗的应用已取得较大进展，主要体现在腹腔镜探查提高了术前诊断的准确度并有助于个性化治疗方案的制定，娴熟的腹腔镜手术切除技术提高了手术切除率和术后存活率。腹腔镜技术的应用为转移性肝癌的综合治疗提供了有效而微创的选择。

Abstract    Laparoscopic techniques applied in the treatment of metastatic liver cancer has made great progress, mainly as: staging laparoscopy improves the accuracy of preoperative diagnosis and is helpful to develop individualized and comprehensive plans; advanced laparoscopic surgical techniques increase the resection rate and postoperative survival rate. Laparoscopic techniques provide effective and minimally invasive choices.
