医源性胆管损伤是腹部外科手术的严重并发症之一，损伤类型复杂多变，有时处理非常困难。外科手术干预是重要的治疗手段，内镜介入治疗适用于部分胆管狭窄及胆漏病人。选择正确的手术时机和治疗方式是保证长期疗效的关键因素。

Abstract    Iatrogenic bile duct injury is a serious complication for abdominal surgery. The treatment is extremely hard because of complex types of damage．Surgical intervention is an important method of therapy. Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography is adaptive for partial cases of bile duct stricture and biliary leakage. It is crucial to choose correct timing and method of surgery, which affect long-term outcomes of surgical repairing for bile duct injury.
