直肠癌局部复发侵及卵巢、子宫和阴道时首选手术治疗，其次辅助以放疗和（或）化疗。应对复发类型，肿瘤浸润情况和病人身体状况等因素综合分析，选择恰当的治疗方案。

Abstract    The most important treatment method for locally recurrent rectal cancer invading ovaries, uterus and vagina is surgical operation, and the following are radiotherapy and/or chemotherapy. The clinical data of recurrence type, tumor invasion status, patients’ physical condition should be analyzed synthetically to select appropriate therapeutic regimen.
