直肠癌Miles术后会阴部临床表现多样，主要依靠病理学诊断，如无病理学诊断可经PET-CT确诊。根治性手术是治愈此类病人的唯一手段，其他治疗包括新辅助放化疗、术中放疗及辅助放化疗等，无法行根治性手术的病人可行姑息性治疗。由于其病情多较复杂，治疗往往需要多学科专家参与完成，多学科综合治疗在此类病人的诊疗中起到越来越重要的作用。

Abstract    More and more doctors pay attention to recurrent rectal cancer after Miles operation nowadays. The diagnosis depends on pathology if we can get it. The major treatment of these patients is radical resection, plus neoadjuvant therapy, intraoperative radiotherapy and adjuvant therapy. Palliative care is needed when the radical resection can not be reached. Multidisciplinary treatment (MDT) plays an important role in the management of these patients.
