内镜检查为上消化道出血的主要确诊手段及重要治疗方式。目前主要的内镜止血方法包括药物局部注射，热凝止血和机械止血等。医生应根据病灶的情况选择单独使用一种方法或联合使用其中几种方法，并且术前应早期配合质子泵抑制剂。

Abstract    Endoscopy is effective in diagnosing and treating of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Currently, available endoscopic treatment modalities include injection, thermal and mechanical therapies, etc. Doctors should choose one method or combination of the methods based on pattern of the lesions. Proton pump inhibitor should be used early before surgery.
