外科手术仍是局部复发性直肠癌（LRRC）的首选治疗手段。LRRC治疗决策应考虑能否R0切除、是否需新辅助治疗、是否需联合脏器切除等因素进行综合考量。对于LRRC的治疗，应重视多学科综合治疗，强调R0切除的重要性，慎重选择合理的手术方式。微创技术的发展，使得LRRC腹腔镜下再手术成为可能。

Abstract    Surgery is still the first choice for patients with local recurrent rectal cancer (LRRC). The treatment decision of LRRC should consider whether R0 resection, whether new adjuvant treatment and whether combined organ resection is needed. For the treatment of LRRC, clincians should attach importance to multidisciplinary comprehensive treatment, emphasize the importance of R0 resection, and carefully select a reasonable surgical procedure. Development of minimally invasive techniques makes it possible to reoperate LRRC with laparoscopic approach.
