Abstract: Aggressive periodontitis develops rapidly，frequently leading to tooth loosening，displacement，or even loss，which severely affects the oral health and functions of patients. Treatment goals of these patients encompass preserving remaining natural tooth，establishing stable periodontal health，restoring favorable occlusal contacts，and improving the chewing function. This article presented a case of generalized aggressive periodontitis with dentition defect，in which periodontal-implanting therapy was used to recover periodontal health and re-establish functional dentition consisting of natural tooth and implant prosthesis. And a regular follow-up protocol was implemented to ensure long-term stability. It is expected to provide experience for the multidisciplinary treatment and long-term maintenance of such cases.

摘要： 侵袭性牙周炎发展迅速，常导致多牙松动、移位甚至脱落，严重影响患者口腔健康和功能。侵袭性牙周炎的临床治疗目标包括最大限度保留剩余天然牙，实现牙周组织健康、稳定，重建良好的咬合关系及改善咀嚼功能。文章展示1例伴牙列缺损的广泛型侵袭性牙周炎患者通过牙周-种植联合治疗恢复牙周组织健康、重建天然牙和种植修复体组成的功能性牙列，并通过规律复查机制保证长期疗效，以期为此类病例的多学科综合诊疗和长期维护提供一定经验。
