Abstract: Head and neck cancer is common in oral clinical practice，which often requires combined treatment such as surgery，radiotherapy and/or chemotherapy. Most patients have dentition defects or facial deformities after surgery. Oral implant restoration is one of the main methods to restore dentition defects and occlusal function. However，radiotherapy may affect the early osseointegration and long-term stability of implants，making it challenging to develop a reasonable strategy for implant restoration in patients with head and neck cancer undergoing radiotherapy. This article analyzes the impact of radiotherapy on implant surgery，and discusses the effect of its timing，the time interval between radiotherapy and implant placement and loading，radiotherapy dose，tumor location，implant placement position，and hyperbaric oxygen therapy on the implant restoration results of head and neck cancer patients，so as to provide reference for clinicians.

摘要： 头颈部恶性肿瘤在口腔临床中较为常见，常需行手术、放射治疗（以下简称“放疗”）和（或）化学治疗等方式联合治疗，患者术后大多存在牙列缺损或面部畸形等问题。口腔种植修复是恢复牙列缺损、咬合功能的主要方法之一。然而，放疗可能会影响种植体早期骨结合及长期稳定性，使头颈部肿瘤放疗患者种植修复策略的合理制定极具挑战。文章先就放疗对种植手术效果的影响做一分析，而后探讨种植体植入时机、放疗与种植体植入和负载时间间隔、放疗剂量、肿瘤部位、种植体植入位置及高压氧辅助治疗对头颈部肿瘤放疗患者种植修复效果的影响，为临床医生提供参考。
