摘要： 慢性牙周炎是由菌斑微生物引起的一种常见口腔疾病，可导致牙周组织破坏甚至牙齿丧失，严重影响患者的身心健康和生活质量。随着再生医学的发展，富血小板纤维蛋白（platelet-rich fibrin，PRF）及其衍生物因良好的组织再生诱导作用、加速组织缺损愈合的能力和抑菌作用在牙周治疗的临床应用中备受关注。文章就PRF及其衍生物的制备、生物学特性及在慢性牙周炎治疗中的应用研究进展做一综述，同时提出可能的改进措施和研究重点，以期为临床医生提供参考，并帮助临床医生更好地应用PRF及其衍生物进行牙周治疗，提高患者的治疗效果和生活质量。

关键词: Chronic periodontitis is a common oral disease caused by plaque microorganisms, which can lead to destruction of periodontal tissues and even tooth loss, seriously affecting patients' physical and mental health and quality of life. With the development of regenerative medicine, platelet-rich fibrin（PRF）and its derivatives have attracted much attention in clinical periodontal therapy due to their good tissue regeneration induction, ability to accelerate the healing of tissue defects, and bacteriostatic effects. In this paper, we present a review of the research progress in the preparation and biological properties of PRF and its derivatives as well as their application in the treatment of chronic periodontitis, and suggest possible measures for improvement and key points in researches, with an aim to provide clinicians with reference and help them better apply PRF and its derivatives in periodontal therapy to improve the therapeutic effects and quality of life of patients.
