血小板浓缩物在牙周病学中应用研究进展

Abstract: Periodontal disease is a leading cause of tooth loss. Traditional treatments primarily focus on controlling inflammation,but the regeneration of periodontal tissues(such as alveolar bone,periodontal ligament,and cementum)remains a challenge. Platelet concentrates,derived from centrifuged whole blood,have evolved through three generations,primarily including platelet-rich plasma,platelet-rich fibrin,and concentrated growth factors. The various evolution forms of platelet concentrates and the multiple active factors they contain have become significant biological materials for promoting periodontal tissue regeneration. This article reviews the characteristics of platelet concentrates and the research progress in their application in periodontology,providing a basis for optimizing periodontal disease treatment strategies.

摘要: 牙周病是导致牙齿丧失的主要原因,传统治疗以控制炎症为主,但牙周组织(如牙槽骨、牙周膜及牙骨质)再生仍是挑战。血小板浓缩物从离心全血中提取后经过3代的发展演变主要包括富血小板血浆、富血小板纤维蛋白和浓缩生长因子,其演化的各种形式及所含的多种活性因子成为促进牙周组织再生的重要生物材料。文章就血小板浓缩物的特点及其在牙周病学中应用研究进展做一综述,为优化牙周病治疗策略提供依据。
