Abstract: The reconstruction of alveolar bone defects in edentulous areas presents a significant challenge in dental implant restoration. In cases of severe alveolar bone defects,the selection of bone augmentation techniques can considerably influence the outcomes of both hard and soft tissue reconstruction,even the optimal three-dimensional positioning of the implant and the final restoration results. In recent years,the rapid advancement of digital oral modeling technology and 3D printing has enabled the widespread use of 3D-printed individualized titanium mesh(3D-PITM)in managing severe alveolar bone defects. The article explores the clinical considerations regarding the current application of 3D-PITM,its influencing factors,and key operative techniques,aiming to provide novel diagnostic and therapeutic insights for the reconstruction of severe alveolar bone defects.

摘要: 缺牙区牙槽骨缺损重建是口腔种植修复的难点所在,对于重度牙槽骨缺损病例,骨增量术式的选择可在一定程度上影响软硬组织重建效果,甚至影响理想的种植体三维位置及修复效果。近年来,数字化口腔建模技术和3D打印技术的迅速发展助力了3D打印个性化钛网(3D-printed individualized titanium mesh,3D-PITM)在重度牙槽骨缺损中的广泛应用。文章就3D-PITM的应用现状及其影响因素、临床操作要点等临床考量展开探讨,为重度牙槽骨缺损重建提供新的诊疗思路。
