Abstract: Good soft and hard tissue contours are essential to the ideal three-dimensional positioning of implants and the long-term success of implant restorations. Alveolar ridge preservation is a surgical procedure that achieves soft and hard tissue preservation or augmentation following tooth extraction，and is an effective means to preventively improve implantation conditions. The aim of this review is to discuss the soft and hard tissue contour changes after natural healing of the extraction socket，the effect of alveolar ridge preservation on maintaining contours，and the main methods for obtaining the three-dimensional soft and hard tissue profiles，in order to provide theoretical support and practical reference for the clinical application of alveolar ridge preservation.

摘要： 要保证种植体植入理想的三维轴向位置及获得种植修复的长期成功，良好的软硬组织轮廓是重要前提。牙槽嵴保存术是在拔牙同期实现软硬组织保存或增量的一种手术方式，是预防性改善种植条件的有效手段。文章针对拔牙窝自然愈合后的软硬组织轮廓变化、牙槽嵴保存术对软硬组织轮廓的维持效果，以及目前软硬组织三维轮廓主要获取方法等方面进行综述，以期为牙槽嵴保存的临床应用提供理论支持与实践参考。
