髓超嵌体固位形设计及其对牙体抗折强度影响研究进展

摘要: 髓超嵌体以其牙体预备量少、美学效果好和诊疗时间短等优点被越来越多地应用于口腔修复临床,但由于固位力较差导致的修复体远期脱落率高等不足限制了其广泛应用。良好设计的固位形能增强修复体的固位效果。文章就髓超嵌体的固位形设计及其对牙体抗折强度影响的研究进展做一综述,为临床髓超嵌体的固位形设计与制备提供参考。

Abstract: Endocrowns are increasingly used in restorative dentistry because of their advantages of less tooth preparation,good esthetic effect,and shorter treatment time,but their wide application is limited by shortcomings such as poor retention which results in a high rate of long-term failure of restorations. A well-designed retention form can enhance the retention effect of restorations. The article provides a review of the retention form design of endocrown and its effect on the fracture resistance of the tooth,which will provide a reference for the design and preparation of retention forms of endocrowns.
