颞下颌关节有限元模型构建及应用研究进展

摘要: 颞下颌关节(temporomandibular joint,TMJ)是颌面部具有转动和滑动运动功能的左右联动关节,是人体较为复杂的关节,参与言语、吞咽、咀嚼和表情等过程。有限元分析法(finite element analysis,FEA)是生物力学研究中的重要手段。随着计算机技术的普及和发展,FEA日趋成熟,并在TMJ研究中广泛应用。文章从TMJ的几何模型构建、生物力学行为模拟、疾病模拟和诊断、假体和植入物的生物力学评估及正颌手术对TMJ的影响等方面对TMJ有限元模型构建及应用的研究进展做一综述。

Abstract: Temporomandibular joint(TMJ)is a left-right joint with rotation and sliding movement of the maxillofacial region,which is one of the most complex joints in the human body,and participates in speech,swallowing,mastication and expression. Finite element analysis(FEA)is one of the important means in biomechanical research,and with the popularization and development of computer technology,FEA is becoming more and more mature,and has been widely used in the study of TMJ. In this paper,we will review the research progress of the construction and application of finite element model of TMJ from the following aspects:geometric model construction of TMJ,simulation of biomechanical behavior,simulation and diagnosis of diseases,biomechanical evaluation of prosthesis and implant,and the effect of orthognathic surgery on TMJ.
