三所特殊教育学校学生牙周健康状况调查分析

摘要： 目的    调查分析特殊教育学校学生的牙周健康状况。方法    2010年1—3月从江西省吉安市特殊教育学校中选择3所学校，根据年级分层抽取不同班级，再从各班级中随机抽样7～18岁学生共157名；同时从该市普通中小学中采用同种抽样方法抽取112名学生为对照。采用视诊和探诊相结合方法检查全口牙周，检查的内容包括牙周健康状况、牙结石、牙龈出血、牙周袋和牙周附着丧失，并对两组学生的牙周检查情况进行对比。结果    特殊教育学校学生牙结石检出率、牙龈出血检出率、牙周袋检出率和附着丧失检出率均高于普通学校（P < 0.05）。结论    特殊教育学校学生口腔卫生状况较差，应得到更多的关心和重视。

Abstract: Objective    To investigate and analyze the periodontal health condition of 7 to 18-year-old students in three special education schools. Methods    A total of 157 students were included in the experimental group and 112 students in the control group during January and March，2010 from three special education schools and ordinary schools of Ji'an city，respectively. Both groups were stratified random sampled. All students were examined for dental calculus，gingivitis，periodontal pocket and attachment loss. The periodontal health condition was compared between the two groups. Results    Significant differences were observed in dental calculus，gingivitis，periodontal pockets and attachment loss between the two groups（P < 0.05）. Conclusion    Periodontal health condition is significantly worse in special education school students. The oral health of special education school students should be paid more attention.
