附着龈宽度及其临床意义研究进展

摘要：

附着龈是与游离龈相连续的角化龈，其宽度随年龄以及牙齿的增龄性改变而改变。附着龈是口腔美学的重要组成部分，附着龈宽度对牙周健康、正畸治疗效果、种植手术及后期修复效果有重要作用。本文就附着龈的形态特征、类型及其临床意义做简要阐述。

Abstract:

The width of attached gingiva might be individually different，and it plays an important role in oral treatments and periodontal health. Attention should be paid to the character of gingival form. This narrative review aims to outline the concepts of the significance of the width of attached gingiva around teeth and the character of gingival form.

Key words: the width of attached gingival, gingival biotype, periodontal health
