Abstract: Premature ovarian insufficiency（POI）is defined as a loss of ovarian function before the age of 40.Premature estrogen deficiency associated with POI not only has serious adverse effects on patients' general life，psychological and reproductive health，but also is related to patients' long-term health consequences，including bone health，cardiovascular health，nervous system health，genitourinary system and sexual health，etc.Therefore，long-term health management of POI is particularly important.

摘要： 早发性卵巢功能不全（POI）是指女性在40岁之前出现的卵巢功能减退。过早的雌激素缺乏不仅对患者一般生活、心理、生殖健康有着严重不良影响，而且更与患者长期健康后果相关，包括骨骼、心血管系统、神经系统、泌尿生殖系统及性健康等。因此，对POI患者的长期健康管理尤为重要。
