Abstract: Ovarian function decline is the main cause of fertility decline in women with premature ovarian insufficiency（POI）.The fertility assessment should focus on evaluating ovarian reserve function on the basis of comprehensive evaluation.At present，there are no effective measures to improve fertility.It is recommended to identify risk factors for POI in the early stage，do fertility preservation，and apply assisted reproductive technology appropriately.

摘要： 早发性卵巢功能不全（POI）女性生育力下降的主要原因为卵巢功能衰退，对其生育力评估应在全面评估的基础上重点评估卵巢储备功能。目前无确实有效的改善生育力措施。推荐早期识别POI高危因素，进行生育力保存，酌情采用辅助生殖技术助孕。
