Abstract: Fetal congenital heart diseases（FCHD）are the most common structural malformations in fetuses. When FCHD is clearly diagnosed during prenatal life，the key is to avoid birth to fetuses with untreatable FCHD and to prevent unnecessary induction of labor in the case of favourable prognosis. An essential step to achieve this goal is to implement the integrated prenatal and postnatal management，and the perinatal monitoring and guidance，appropriate clinical consultations and genetic tests should be provided. An emergency operation fast track for critically ill fetuses or newborns should also be established.

摘要： 胎儿先天性心脏病（FCHD）是出生缺陷最常见的结构性畸形。对明确诊断的FCHD，如何避免无法治疗的出生、治疗效果良好的过度引产，是产前诊断关注的焦点问题。要解决这一难题则需进行产前产后的一体化管理，做好围产期的监测、指导和合理完善的临床咨询，同时需排查遗传学的异常，并建立对危重患儿的快速救治通道。
