Abstract: Fetal appendages  encompass all the tissues which support fetal development，including the placenta，amniotic fluid，umbilical cord and placental membrane.The abnormality of fetal annexes with structure and function  will increase the risk for maternal and fetus. It is necessary to need clinical consultations.

摘要： 胎儿附属物包括胎盘、羊水、脐带、胎膜等。胎儿的正常发育与胎儿附属物的结构和功能关系密切，当其发生异常时，会增加母胎风险。临床诊断时，建议进行充分的临床咨询。
