Abstract:

Adenomyosis is a common gynecological disease.The main symptoms are progressive dysmenorrhea，abnormal uterine bleeding and infertility.Although the disease is a benign disease，it continues to have a negative impact on the quality of life of women.The pathogenesis is still unclear.This paper reviews the research status of its pathogenesis.

子宫腺肌病是一种常见的妇科疾病，主要症状是进行性痛经、异常子宫出血及不孕。该病虽然是良性疾病，但是对女性的生活质量造成持续的不良影响。目前子宫腺肌病发病机制尚不明确，文章将针对其发病机制的研究现状做一综述。
