Abstract: Due to the heterogeneity of pathogenesis，the clinical presentations of preeclampsia are highly complex. Based on the two key factors of pathogenesis of preeclampsia——fetal-placental factor and maternal factor，this study focused on the correlation between clinical heterogeneity and pathogenesis，in order to provide new ideas for making the individualized strategies of precise diagnosis and treatmen.

摘要： 子痫前期临床表现复杂多样，根源在于发病机制的异质性。文章基于子痫前期发病机制中的两个关键因素——胎儿胎盘因素及母体因素，聚焦临床表现异质性与发病机制之间的关联性，为制定子痫前期个体化精准诊治策略提供新思路。
