Abstract:

Polycystic ovary syndrome is one of the common gynecological endocrine diseases.The mechanism is unclear.Many patients of polycystic ovary syndrome have their first onsets during adolescence，who may encounter various problems in reproduction and metabolism later，including infertility，spontaneous abortion and gestational diabetes.We summarized the early screening and management of polycystic ovary syndrome in adolescence.

摘要：

多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）是常见的妇科内分泌疾病，其发病机制至今尚未阐明。PCOS患者多起病于青春期，若未经规范诊治，青春期PCOS患者成年后会面临不孕、自然流产、妊娠期糖尿病等多种生育和代谢问题。文章对青春期PCOS的早期筛查和管理进行阐述。
