Abstract:

Polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS）is the most common endocrine and metabolic disorder of childbearing-age women，with clinical symptoms including ovulatory dysfunction and hyperandrogenism.Diagnosis of PCOS must exclude other causes of ovulation disorders and hyperandrogenism.

摘要：

多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）是育龄期妇女最常见的内分泌及代谢紊乱性疾病，属于以排卵障碍和高雄激素为主的功能紊乱性综合征。诊断PCOS必须排除其他导致排卵障碍和高雄激素的器质性疾病。
