Abstract:

Gynecologic tumors in pregnancy are mostly benign，and malignant tumors are rare.They are usually found in routine ultrasound examination.MRI is the best diagnosing method for the overall evaluation of malignancies.This article reviews the imaging examination from three aspects，including uterine myoma，benign and malignant ovarian tumors and cervical carcinoma in pregnancy.

摘要：

妊娠期合并的妇科肿瘤多为良性肿瘤，恶性较罕见。通常在妊娠期常规的超声检查中发现。磁共振成像对恶性肿瘤的全面评估是最佳的诊断方法。文章对妊娠合并子宫肌瘤、卵巢良恶性肿瘤和宫颈癌三方面的影像学检查作一综述。
