Abstract: Tubal pregnancy surgery is a relatively basic operation in the field of gynecology. Secondary medical institutions and doctors with the title of attending physician are qualified to perform the operation. The recipients are mostly young women with fertility requirements. The establishment of a quality control system for tubal pregnancy surgery，the strengthening of quality control standards for tubal pregnancy surgery in terms of the mastery of surgical indications，the selection of surgical routes and surgical methods，postoperative pathological diagnosis and postoperative follow-up，and the standardization of surgical techniques will help improve the level of surgical treatment for tubal pregnancy in China.

摘要： 输卵管妊娠手术是妇科领域较为基础的手术，二级医疗机构及具备主治医师职称医生即有开展资质，受术者多为年轻、有生育要求女性。建立输卵管妊娠手术质量控制体系，从手术适应证掌握、手术途径和手术方式的选择、术后病理学诊断及术后随访等环节强化输卵管妊娠手术质量控制标准，规范手术技术，有助于提高我国输卵管妊娠的手术治疗水平。
