摘要： 妊娠期高血压疾病（hypertensive disorders of pregnancy，HDP）是高龄孕妇最常见的妊娠期并发症之一，高龄也是HDP再发的危险因素之一。文章就如何预测及预防高龄孕妇妊娠期高血压疾病的再发进行阐述。

Abstract: Hypertensive disorders of pregnancy（HDP）is one of the most common complications in pregnant women of advanced maternal age，and also one of the risk factors for the recurrence of HDP.This article describes how to predict and prevent the recurrence of hypertensive disorders of pregnancy in pregnant women of advanced maternal age.
