围产期心肌病（PPCM）典型症状以心力衰竭、呼吸困难为主要表现，超声心动图是首选检查。溴隐亭及口服抗心力衰竭药物是治疗主要手段，对于血流动力学不稳定的心力衰竭孕妇，无论孕周大小均应终止妊娠。孕产妇病死率的预测指标为纽约心脏病协会（NYHA）Ⅲ/Ⅳ分级和左心室射血分数（LVEF）＜40%。
