甲状腺功能亢进（甲亢）危象是一种内分泌急症，其特点是病情常迅速恶化。妊娠合并甲亢危象发生率低、病死率高，因此给临床诊治带来极大挑战。多数甲亢危象的发生存在明确的诱因，诊断多依靠临床表现。目前，甲亢危象的诊断标准有几种预测模型，但各有利弊，在临床工作中需要综合分析，力求早期及时诊断，并尽快启动准确、有效的治疗，避免不恰当用药，改善围产结局。
