Abstract: IBD is a complex multifactorial immune-mediated disease.Malnutrition is common in children with IBD.Nutritional risk screening and assessment should be routinely carried out.Nutritional therapy plays an important role in the treatment of children with IBD，whether as first-line therapy or to correct malnutrition.This article reviews the nutritional strategies in pediatric IBD management，aiming to provide evidence for clinical practice of pediatric physicians based on the scientific evidence.

摘要： 炎性肠病（IBD）是一种复杂的多因素免疫介导性疾病。营养不良在儿童IBD中普遍存在，应定期进行营养风险筛查及营养评定。对于IBD患儿营养治疗无论是作为一线治疗还是预防及纠正营养不良都占有重要地位。文章对儿童IBD管理中的营养策略进行概述，旨在科学证据的基础上为儿科医生临床应用提供依据。
