造口旁疝是腹壁外科较难处理的疾病，其术后并发症的发生率以及复发率较高，一些病人面临再次手术的情况。而造口旁疝再次手术时会面临更多棘手的情况，需要有经验的疝外科医生来处理。建议优选腹腔镜手术，并根据术中情况进行治疗决策，选择更利于病人的治疗方案。

Abstract    Parastomal hernia is difficult to deal with in abdominal hernia with high risk of postoperative complications and recurrence rate. Therefore, many patients are faced with possibilities of reoperation after parastomal hernia that may present with complex situations requiring an experienced hernia surgeon to manage. It is suggested that laparoscopic surgery be prioritized for parastomal heria, which could be taylored accordingly during the operation to form a favorable treatment plan for the patients.
