Abstract: Objective    To systematically evaluate the impact of intraoral stents on oral complications of head and neck radiotherapy. Methods    PubMed，Embase，Cochrane library，CNKI，Wan fang and VIP databases were searched for relevant literatures about intraoral stents in head and neck cancer radiotherapy until January 2021.  The results of studies with similar methodology were combined for Meta-analysis with RevMan5.3 software，and the other results were analyzed in a descriptive manner. Results    Five randomized controlled trials，two retrospective cohort studies and one prospective observational study were included. The results of Meta-analysis showed that intraoral stents could reduce the incidence rates of moderate to severe oral mucositis and severe taste damage（P < 0.001）. The incidence of xerostomia had a tendency to decrease by using intraoral stents. Conclusion    Intraoral stents has some protection effect on normal oral tissues during radiotherapy of head and neck.

摘要： 目的    评价口腔定位支架对头颈部放疗患者口腔并发症的预防作用。方法    计算机检索PubMed、Embase、Cochrane library、中国知网、万方、VIP维普等数据库，查找口腔定位支架在头颈部肿瘤放疗中运用的相关研究，检索时间截至2021年1月。对方法学相似的研究合并使用RevMan5.3软件进行Meta分析，其余研究结果进行描述性分析。结果    最终纳入5项随机对照研究、2项回顾性队列研究、1项前瞻性观察研究。Meta分析结果显示，使用口腔定位支架进行头颈部放疗患者的中重度黏膜炎及严重味觉障碍的发生率显著小于不使用口腔定位支架的患者（均P < 0.001）；使用口腔定位支架有减轻口干症的趋势。结论    口腔定位支架在头颈部放疗中对口腔正常组织有一定的保护作用。
