Abstract:

Osteoradionecrosis of jaws is a significant complication of radiotherapy for oral and maxillofacial head and neck malignant tumor. It occurs with bone devitalization and exposure through the overlying skin or mucosa which is necrotic and punched， accompanied by extreme pain and fetor. The quality of life of patients with osteoradionecrosis is negative. This review focuses on the definition， risk factors， pathophysiology and treatment of osteoradionecrosis.

摘要：

放射性颌骨骨髓炎是口腔颌面-头颈恶性肿瘤放射治疗后最严重的并发症之一，主要表现为口腔颌面部软组织的纤维化、张口受限、颌骨坏死、死骨暴露、瘘管形成，伴有剧烈疼痛和恶臭，严重影响患者生存质量。现就放射性颌骨骨髓炎的定义、影响因素、病理生理、临床治疗等方面进行综述，旨在为临床治疗提供帮助。
