Abstract: Tidal breathing pulmonary function test is the most commonly used method of infant pulmonary function test. It is widely accepted by pediatricians and parents because of its non-invasiveness，simple operation and no need of children’s cooperation. Due to the strong professionalism of tidal breathing pulmonary function test and its short clinical application time，the ability of pediatric medical staff to control the operation quality and interpret the report still needs to be improved. In this paper，we will focus on several issues that need to be paid attention to in the detection process，report interpretation and analysis of drug test results.

摘要： 潮气呼吸肺功能检测是最常用的婴幼儿肺功能检测方法，因为其无创、操作简便、无需患儿配合等优点而被儿科医师及家长广泛接受。潮气呼吸肺功能检测应用时间短、专业性强，广大儿科医务人员对其操作质量控制和报告解读的能力仍有待提高。现就潮气呼吸肺功能在检测过程、报告解读以及药物试验结果分析中需要注意的几个问题进行阐述。
